Founding Lawyer
Esra Ateş graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law and founded her own practice in Istanbul, where she continues to work. She is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association.
Her work centres on maritime and customs disputes alongside family and inheritance matters. What these fields share is how short their deadlines are, and how many of them extinguish the right itself: notice of cargo damage is measured in days, an objection to a customs assessment in two weeks, renunciation of an inheritance in three months. What is established in the first days of a file shapes every step that follows.
The office is based in Sirkeci and advises both companies and individuals.
